Temporary On-Site Housing Made Simple
We coordinate directly with insurance carriers for approved housing. Our rapid placement puts families back into a private, familiar living situation where they are comfortable.
What We Provide
First and foremost, on-site housing provides privacy, security and familiarity. It allows you and your family to continue use of your backyard, keeps commute times to work and schools the same, and connections to friends and neighbors intact during a trying time.
In addition, modern RVs utilized as housing help you retain comforts of home while you're out of your home. Amenities include A/C, fireplaces, appliances, cookware, bedding & linens, and smart TVs.
Lastly, delivery, setup, and continued support is provided during your term. We will ensure the following utilities are properly installed:
- Electrical: safe connections to existing infrastructure or coordination with a licensed electrician for an RV outlet
- Water: clean hoses for safe, potable water
- Septic: connect to your septic tank or coordination with a local pumping company for black & grey water removal

Why Choose On-Site Housing
Hotels and short term rentals can be inconveniently located, have impractical restrictions, and are impersonal for families who desire privacy. An on-site RV can offer a smarter alternative.

Hotels
Hotels simply aren't designed for long term stays. Located in high traffic areas with little to no extracurricular space, rooms are cramped - even in extended stay properties.
STR Rentals
Where available, AirBnB and Vrbo homes often have limited term options. Owners can be overbearing and rarely allow pets or want a long term stay required from displacement.
On-site RV
It's where you live, space you can make your own, and your pets are welcomed to stay with you. Flexible terms allow you to avoid further disruption during reconstruction.
Different Models & Layouts to Fit Your Needs
We try to match displaced home owners in an RV model that best fits their needs. That can mean a layout suited for couples who desire more living space to unwind in, or maximizing sleeping space for larger families.

Large Living Room to Relax
Models with large, open concept living spaces typically include two recliners and a sofa, along with a larger TV and fireplace. Ideally suited for couples.

Huge Bunk Room, Sleeps 4 Kids
Models with large bunkrooms often sacrifice some living area, but give families with multiple children the space they need to be comfortable.

Spacious Kitchens with Island
Kitchen islands can be found in both bunkhouse and open concept living models, providing additional space to cook family meals
